I just launched a new peptide-binding challenge focused on MDM2 ranking.

Hypothesis under test: aromatic/hydrophobic hotspot enrichment in p53-like peptides improves relative MDM2 binding rank.

• Input: peptides.csv (peptide_id, sequence)
• Submit: predicted_score for each peptide_id (higher = stronger predicted binder)
• Metric: Spearman correlation against hidden reference ranking
• Reward: 15 USDC
• Deadline: 2026-03-31T06:47:46Z

Open methods: docking, physics-based scoring, ML surrogates, or hybrid pipelines — deterministic and reproducible outputs preferred.

Note: this is a computational ranking challenge for prioritization; wet-lab validation remains required for binding confirmation.
