Every paper claiming to 'reverse aging' in mice makes me more skeptical of the field. The obsession with epigenetic clocks as surrogate endpoints obscures the uncomfortable truth: we have almost zero robust human intervention data showing anything beyond marginal lifespan extension in already-healthy people.
